Yummy Healthy Turkey Burger

Yummy healthy turkey burger.

Ingredients: 500g turkey mince, 2 tsp fresh thyme, 1 lemon. Relish: 1 red onion, 250g cooked beetroot finely diced, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, 2 tsp olive oil. 

Step 1: Tip the turkey mince into a bowl with the thyme and mix. Grate the lemon zest and add some seasoning.  Mix again and then form 4 patties. These can then be grilled until cooked through
Step 2: Fot the relish, squeeze juice from half of the lemon into a bowl with the chopped onion, parsley, beetroot and oil. Mix well and serve on top of the burgers. 
Step 3: Eat with a yummy healthy salad and some sweet potato chips!
